Yup! The Mac is back. I haven't used it yet (I'm using the PC to write this journal), but the family has and they say it's working. Only one problem.
It doesn't have any of the Adobe CS6 programs on it anymore that I use for drawing.

Here's the long version of why we can't reintall the Adobe stuff yet.

So, you see, Adobe programs only allow you to intall it on 2 computers. If you try to intall it on a 3rd computer, it will tell you that you have to de-activate the program on one of your 2 computers. When our mac wouldn't start up, we had to send it back to get it fixed, and we couldn't de-activate the Adobe software. Now, the mac doesn't have the software on it (probably because they re-installed the OS), but Adobe still thinks it's on the Mac. We also have it installed on my sister's computer, but she's needs the software for school. and I can't use her computer.

Here's the short verion.
We can only have Adobe softwares on 2 computers at a time. Right now, it's on the Mac and my sister's Mac (which I cannot use). But then the Mac froze up and they reinstalled the OS. Adobe still think's it's on the Mac but it's not.

Now we need to Call Adobe and try to explain this to them. If they believe us, then yay. If they don't and think we're trying to get more software for free, then sigh.
